If you would rather submit anonymously you can of course also do so.

Just put my email address (contact@julewild.com) instead of your own and it'll look like I send myself an email.

If you would like to submit a file (a screenshot from your notes/ a handwritten scan/ etc) you could do that by sending a wetransfer link, it lets you send a link to your file that does not include your name or email in any way.
